These Terms of Services ("Agreement") govern services provided by Potlanco A/C Filter Services.
1. Scope of Services
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Filter inspection and measurement
- Installation quotes
- Filter delivery
- Filter replacement and installation
- Maintenance recommendations
2. Estimates
All estimates are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions.
3. Scheduling
Customers must provide reasonable access to premises. Missed appointments may result in rescheduling delays.
4. Service Performance
Services are performed based on initial inspection data. The Company is not responsible for underlying HVAC system defects.
5. Delivery Services
Customers opting for delivery assume responsibility for proper installation unless otherwise agreed.
6. Recurring Services
Recurring services may be subject to separate service agreements.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.
10. Disclaimer
All services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
11. Service Area
Services are limited to designated areas within and around San Antonio, Texas.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
